Have you completed the Level 1 PADI Basic Freediver course, or an equivalent, and now wanting to expand your techniques and get into open water?

PADI certified instructor Phillip Mishoe will guide you through Level 2 of freediving where you will continue to learn about the physiology and physics that make breath holding and freediving possible. You will learn about freediving safety and techniques all in a fun and relaxed environment.

The full-day class takes place in open water at Lake Travis in Austin, Texas. Spots are limited so please email freedivingtexas@gmail.com for more details and to sign up.
